Introduction:

Legal Basis:
In compliance with Article 6 of the GDPR, the legal basis for the lawful processing of personal data collected by the controller is represented by the execution of the contractual relationship with clients or suppliers, compliance with legal obligations imposed on it in tax and fiscal matters, or legitimate interest in the case of technical/commercial communication and quotations with potential clients.
Mandatory Nature and Consequences of Refusal to Provide Data:
The personal data of clients or suppliers processed by the controller in the course of its activity are necessary for the conclusion of the sales or supply contract as well as for the management of business correspondence. The provision of such data is not mandatory but without them it is not possible to manage the business relationship with the client or supplier.
Entities to Whom Personal Data May Be Disclosed:
To comply with certain legal obligations in tax, fiscal, insurance, social security, banking matters or to protect its rights in judicial or extrajudicial proceedings, the controller, in the course of its activities, may disclose the personal data processed to: accountants, lawyers, mediation bodies, insurance and credit institutions.
The controller processes the personal data necessary to achieve the indicated purposes through persons within its organization who are duly authorized with a formal letter of appointment, trained, and committed to a confidentiality obligation regarding the information processed.
The controller also entrusts certain processing to third-party organizations that act on behalf of and in the interest of the controller and are designated as external data processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR through a formal contract. Transfer to Third Countries:
The personal data acquired in the course of its activities are not transferred by the controller outside the European Union.
Data Subject Rights:
In relation to the processing of your personal data by this company, the data subjects whose data are processed always have the right, within the limits and under the conditions provided for by Articles 15 - 22 of European Regulation 2016/679, to exercise the following rights:

Right to rectification and erasure;
Right to data portability;
Right to restriction of processing;

The data controller shall communicate any rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing to each recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
