1- Recovery of detergent product in 50mm x 70m pipeline

A short video showing the passage of the projectile in a detergent dosing pipe. This method allows the recovery of residual product inside the line, preventing it from being mixed and thus rendered unusable if not removed before the pipe cleaning phase, between one production cycle and the next.

2- Cleaning of pipeline (diameter 130mm) for Powdered Milk

In this video, a pipe approximately 90m long and with an internal diameter of 130mm was cleaned. This pipe connects the external powdered milk tank with the dosing machines inside the warehouse. The problem was the encrustation of powdered milk on the inner walls of the pipe, especially in the bends. The projectile, in addition to removing the product residue, detached most of the encrustation already with the first shot. In this case, the projectile was fired with the aid of a flange directly connected to the pipe to allow for the maximum possible air flow, which enabled the projectile to travel the entire pipe in just 5 seconds. As you can see, the projectile also passed through the ball valves, "Y" elements, 90° bends, etc.

3- Product recovery in a pipeline (200m) of Barolo Wine

In this video, we can see a product recovery operation and cleaning of a 200 m long transfer pipe in a wine production cellar. Normally, the pipe is emptied and washed with water, which results in the waste of a huge amount of product (Barolo wine in this case) that, due to its dilution, cannot be fully recovered. Our projectile was inserted at the beginning of the pipe and pushed with the same water that was already being used for washing; as the projectile traveled through the line, it pushed all the remaining wine from the pipe into the silo, thus allowing the recovery of about 600 liters of product that would normally have been largely wasted. The arrival of the projectile at the butterfly valve marked the emptying of the line, and when the projectile arrived, the operator closed the inlet valve to the silo, letting the water escape from a relief valve. You can notice how the outgoing water changes from red to clear in just a few seconds, demonstrating how little product was wasted.

4- Cleaning of food pipes for wine and fruit juices

A demonstration of how easy it is to clean and sanitize food transport pipes. The projectile, pushed by the water already used for normal washing operations, can be used alone or as a means of propelling the sanitizing detergent, thus combining the action of the liquid product with the mechanical force of the projectile, resulting in even more effective removal of residues.The constant water pressure prevents pressure drops and also allows the speed of the projectile to be adjusted by varying the opening of the flow control valve, making it very easy to control the passage of the projectile inside the pipes.In the second part of the video, a test is shown in which the projectile was shot into a stainless steel pipe with a section of about 100mm, installed at height, for drinking water, and at least a hundred meters long, demonstrating how the system can also be used with extensive piping, and not only on individual sections of flexible hose.

5- Cleaning of the foundation dosing pipe

A cleaning test of a flexible hose for transporting cosmetic products, specifically foundation. The new and clean hose was deliberately contaminated with foundation. The product, which has an oily and greasy consistency, is difficult to remove. The combined action of our projectiles used dry and soaked with a specific detergent allows all the residue to be removed in just a few steps.

The use of our technology allows significant savings in detergent and prevents contamination between two different types of products when the dosing of the first ends and that of the second begins.

6- Product recovery and pipe cleaning for Technical Mortar

This video shows the cleaning of a technical mortar transport system in its liquid state. The line is 135mm, about a hundred meters long. After firing the projectile, you can see the product coming out, still good for sale, which remained inside the pipe and would have been wasted with traditional washing with water or another liquid product. In addition to the residual product, the projectile also removed encrustations of old mortar left inside the pipe from previous production cycles, which was solidifying on the inner walls of the pipe.

Note the importance of being able to completely remove residues of old product, which if left to age inside the system can lead to the formation of bacterial loads.

7- Cleaning of the feed pipe

In this example we can see the cleaning of a dosing line (50m) for canned meat. A first projectile was shot into pipes where a usual water wash had already been carried out, but there was still a considerable amount of organic deposit inside, which was brought out thanks to the mechanical action of the projectile, reducing and/or eliminating the bacterial load.

Subsequently, a second projectile was shot, which came out clean, proving that after the first shot, nothing was left inside.
