1- Cleaning of machine tool emulsion pipes

The periodic maintenance of the coolant emulsion transport lines of machine tools is an aspect that is often underestimated, until the problems become impossible to ignore. The recirculation of this emulsion inevitably causes sedimentation that gradually clogs the passage of the fluid, due to layers of lubricant that solidify on the walls of the piping, reducing its cross-section. In the video in question, we see a cleaning operation on a system that is only 6 years old. You can see how, on a 1/2” line about 20m long, enough deposits were removed to fill almost three 1-liter bottles. Addressing this issue with preventive maintenance operations helps to keep the lubrication system always efficient, whose optimal flow prevents the possible premature wear of the tools; avoiding waiting for total blockage and solidification of the material allows you to solve the problem easily, before it is too late, when the only solution would be to completely replace the pipes.

2- Cleaning rusty pipes with the new R projectile

With the aid of the new R projectile model, the abrasive capacity for removing stubborn deposits, such as rust, is further improved. As can be seen in the video, the projectile is used without any issues even on a section of curved pipe. When used in combination with the Complex type projectile, it is possible to effectively remove the deposit present on the inner wall of the pipe.

3- Cleaning of pipeline for LPG 70m

This video shows the key steps of a cleaning operation of a pipeline used to transport LPG gas from outside the warehouse to the internal users. The system to be cleaned was located at the plant of a leading Italian pipe manufacturer. The 1" diameter pipeline was cleaned very effectively, as can be seen from the row of projectiles used... the first ones were obviously very dirty and could not be enough to completely remove the inevitable oily residues that regularly deposit on the inner walls during the gas flow. After several passes, however, you can see how the situation improves until such a high degree of internal cleanliness is reached that there were no more residues on the projectiles. This is a very important operation to be carried out at regular intervals to always keep the entire system at maximum efficiency.

4- Cleaning of cooling pipes of machine tools with emulsion

A demonstration of how it is possible to clean an underground cooling pipe for machine tools, almost completely clogged with old oil, metal dust, and other dirt.

The piping consists of a main pipe about 150 meters long with an internal diameter of 42 mm, connected in a "T" with several pipes with an internal diameter of 19 mm. You can see the speed and ease with which it is possible to clean a pipe system made up of bends, ball valves, and pipes of different materials (steel - rubber).

With this system, we cleaned the entire piping in a few hours and with a few projectiles, avoiding its replacement which would have required several days of work and production downtime with high costs.
